Dr. Abhimanyu's Pain Relief Center was established on 19th April 2019. It was the 1st specialised centre in Pain management in Ayurveda sector. It uniquely combines Ayurveda tools like Agnikarma, cupping therapy with a modern blend of treatment Chiropractic and Dorn therapy to facilitate early recovery of the patients.
In 2021 Ayurgenomics Botanicals Private Limited company was founded, which is a Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company with its own formulation of herbal medicine and supplements, currently offering a product list of 22 products. These products are available in Raipur, Bengaluru, and online platform Ayurgenomics Botanicals’ website, Amazon and Flipkart.
Apart from the centre in Raipur, Tomorrow’s Health Ayurveda is established in Bengaluru as a Panchakarma unit. Due to the busy schedule, corporate life and unhealthy living in metro cities is facing major health issues regarding pain and stressful living so focusing on that Panchakarma setup is established for the betterment of patients.
Recognizing the difficulty some patients face in visiting doctors for basic health conditions. In 2023, Dr. Abhimanyu launched telemedicine services for Pain and Piles.This telemedicine service allows patients to consult with our expert doctors, receive free consultations and diet plans, and have medicines delivered to their doorsteps. Follow-ups are conducted every 10-15 days to monitor the patient's condition, ensuring convenience and continuous care.
